Regulations Sand Yard and Lawn Brush
  1. For clean wood loads, there can be NO painted wood, NO railroad ties, and NO pressure treated lumber in the loads.
  2. All load for the materials MUST BE CLEAN!! There can be no paper, plastic (including landscaping weed barrier,) or trash of any kind.
  3. No contaminated soils will be allowed.
  4. Only wood up to six inches (6") in diameter is considered brush.
  5. Twenty yard (20) containers are the maximum size allowed for bricks, dirt, concrete, sand and cinderblocks.
  6. All loads are flat rate with no tonnage limit. If loads are contaminated, you will be charged a $150.00 reloading fee and the load will be billed at regular trash rates of $68.00 per ton.
